Quantity Traceability Researcher
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above in biotechnology, medical testing, molecular biology, immunology, drug analysis and other related majors.
2. More than one year of relevant work experience, excellent graduates, and in-vitro diagnostic reagent research and development work experience is preferred.
3. Good professional foundation and experimental operation ability.
4. Good learning ability, teamwork ability and communication ability.
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of in vitro diagnostic reagent reference methods, traceability of reagent products and issue traceability reports.
2. Responsible for the proficiency testing activities of in vitro diagnostic reagents national and international reference laboratories, and participate in internal and external scientific research projects.
3. Responsible for the CNAS and JCTLM competence accreditation of in vitro diagnostic projects.
4. Responsible for the measurement uncertainty evaluation of the company's products and the CMC research work.
5. According to the requirements of CNAS-CL01, CNAS-CL07, ISO17511 and other related CNAS documents, standardize the operation of the technology and quality system of this group to ensure the quality of measurement.
Reagent production technician
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the small-scale testing of raw materials and the debugging of semi-finished products in the production of in vitro diagnostic reagents.
2. Responsible for process verification of reagent products and analysis and treatment of abnormal production problems.
3. Participate in the trial conversion to master the process and key point control of the trial conversion project, improve the registration related materials, and put forward reasonable suggestions on the trial conversion procedures and operating methods.
4. Responsible for the verification and maintenance of measuring instruments, and regularly inspect the calibration of measuring instruments in each production area to ensure that the required measuring instruments are within the calibration period.
5. Responsible for the maintenance of the workshop site environment to ensure that the production site records are complete and orderly.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in medical laboratory science, biotechnology, chemistry and related fields, and accept outstanding fresh graduates.
2. Possess working experience in GMP plant and be familiar with IVD product production process.
3. Proficiency in the use of balances, analytical balances, PH meters and other instruments, with a pressure vessel certificate is preferred.
4. Strong sense of quality and safety.
